Returns

All items returned for exchange or refund must be accompanied by full details of the original sale, must be unused, with their original packaging and be returned within 14days of receipt. The customer must obtain a Return Authorisation from us before despatch. Returning of items is the responsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of return and suitable packing. If the item is faulty or does not comply with the contract we will of course refund the return charges and will add these to any refund due. Refunds for correctly supplied standard stock items, returned after 14 days of receipt, are subject to a handling/restocking charge.

Refunds for items originally purchased using American Express are  subject to deduction of the AMEX processing fee paid by us which is not credited by American Express.

Prices & details

Details,dimensions and finish of products are subject to change. We reserve the right not to supply an item if an incorrect price has been posted.

VAT

VAT will be added to all UK and EC orders. VAT registered EC customers should provide us with full company details and a valid VAT registration number. We will refund the VAT paid subject to confirmation of validity.
