All items returned for exchange or refund must be accompanied by full details of the original sale, must be unused, with their original packaging, in a fully re-saleable condition and be returned within 7 days of receipt. The customer must obtain a Return Authorisation Reference from us before despatch. Returning of items is the responsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of return and suitable packing. We strongly advise that this is by a recorded method of return or personal delivery. If the item is faulty or does not comply with the contract we will of course refund the return charges and will add these to any refund due. Refunds for correctly supplied standard stock items, returned after 7 days of receipt, are subject to a handling/restocking charge. Please order a sample if you intend to purchase a quantity of items that you are unsure of as we we operate a policy of no refunds for returns of multiple items. We do not accept 'Special Order' items back for refund.
Unsolicited returns without a Return Authorisation will not be accepted by the company.
Refunds will be made to the original card account of purchase and will be made within 30 days of receipt of the items.
Refunds for items originally purchased using American Express are subject to deduction of the AMEX processing fee paid by us which is not credited by American Express.

Details,dimensions and finish of products are subject to change. We reserve the right to confirm the price of a product after your order is accepted and to cancel the order if delivery cannot be completed due to factors beyond our control. Dimensions of products shown on this website are provided as a guide only and should not be releyed on to prepare fixings. While we use all reasonable care to verify the accuracy of information placed on this website, we make no warranty in relation to its accuracy.
20% VAT will be added to all orders. VAT registered EC customers should provide us with full company details and a valid VAT registration number. We will then refund the VAT paid subject to confirmation of validity and proof of delivery. For other export customers
the VAT paid will be allowed for against the additional delivery charges.
Claims for non-delivery, shortages or damage to goods cannot be entertained unless we, and the carrier, are notified in writing within 7 days from the date of Order Despatch Notification.
