Terms and Conditions
1. Items illustrated & detailed are only a small selection of the products we hold in stock or can supply to special order.
2. Business hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, and our sales counters are also open Saturday 9 am - 3.30pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
3. Orders may also be placed by telephone/fax. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex & Debit Cards.
4. All items returned for exchange or refund must be accompanied by the full details of original sale, must be unused and with their original packing. Refunds are subject to a handling/restocking charge and the customer must obtain a Return Authorisation from us before dispatch.

Returning of items is the responsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of returns. The customer must ensure all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safe return of items and in their original packaging where appropriate. If the items are faulty or do not comply with the contract Architectural Components Ltd will be liable for the return charges and will add these to any refund due.

6. VAT will be added to all UK & EC orders. VAT registered EC Customers should contact us with their registration details.
